I had obtained level 25, but the enchantments in the Arcanum weren't avaliable to me. Not sure if it's bugged or I don't understand it fully, but here's a screenshot:

Just to be clear, I couldn't click on the level 30 enchants, even though you can see I have level 25.

EDIT: Also, all enchanted items anywhere on the map are being tagged with Imbued in Citadel and Imbued in FortKickass, no matter where or by whom they were enchanted.

I think it means it takes 25/30 levels. You still need 30 levels to begin with.

Yeah, that is correct, I'm not sure I actually CAN make it think you have 30 levels without some fudgery.

Imbued in ____ everywhere is fixed by the next reboot.

I just thought about a fudgery you could try.... Every time someone opens that specific enchanting table it bumps their lvl up by 5 lvls. Of course have it take away those lvls if no item enchant is made when they leave the enchanting interface.

Only reason that I bring this up is ,if I remember correctly,when I enchanted in my town while the bug was in effect.... the enchant used 25 lvls and left me at lvl 5 (if I remember correctly that is). However, The exp you save at that point is miniscule, because exp growth is exponential and not linear. If there is no easy way to add 5 more lvls when you enchant, would it then be more of a perk to get back the exp from lvls 25-30 instead of the exp from 0-5?
