+1 Even as someone who has not gotten along with Aressem in the past, I’ve been in VC with him multiple times recently and he hasn’t been toxic to myself or anyone else. I think that he’s deserving of an unmute especially as it’s been a while.

From not knowing the old RSM I really can't tell if you if he has "matured" or "changed" but I can say from the year I've played RSM has genuinely been one of the kindest people I've managed to befriend, I truly believe he deserves the opportunity to talk in chat again and believe that it has been sufficient time since his last punishment
