Ban Reason : Doxing
Hello Lokans,
On 11/09/2024 I go back from eat and I saw on my screen i got banned for Doxing, At first time I don't understand what happened the reason of my ban because I didn’t remember doxing anyone or doing anything related to to that. At that moment, I thought it was a false report. For this I instantly write to 7Deevil a very close friend who has rank Guardian, to see if you could help me with my situation. He told me he can't do nothing and for help I need talk with Elders. But he made it very clear to me without proof or without knowing exactly who he had doxed its impossible for them to unban me.
First Appeal
On my first appeal was refused with the reason ‘’Given the severity of offence, and the lack of recognition of it in this appeal, the ban will remain’’ I don't understand personally didn't understand what they meant by lack of recognition because at that moment I didn't know exactly who I had supposedly doxed, but I tried to explain my situation as best as I could.
Second Appeal
My second appeal was refused too with the reason ‘’ We will be rejecting this appeal, as you continue to lie. We have proof that you doxxed an individual shortly before your most recent ban’’ I want to say my intention was to explain what I remember since I was sure that I had not doxed anyone and I thought it could be an old report or from before my first ban.
And I want to clarify that my intention was not to justify myself. I acknowledge that, regardless of what I remember, my past actions will affect the players, and for that I want to apologize and also thank the staff for the time they dedicated to my case.
Today after so many times I can say i reflected on my past actions and I can say I learned very much and I changed. Although I don't remember who exactly my actions affected, I sincerely apologize again. I promise not to repeat such behavior and to follow all of Loka rules and demonstrate my good conduct to the community.
I want to show everyone that I can behave well on the server. And I promise all players and staff that I will follow the rules so I can enjoy the server again and continue sharing good moments with my friends. These days I am on calls with them every day, and they screenshare me playing rankings, ganks or wars, and it makes me really want to play and be part of the Loka community again.
