I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way when I say that changing and calculating dues when a tile gets added/dropped is annoying. My suggestion is that by default dues should automatically adjust to the number of tiles owned by a town and should be proportionate cost to the total alliance dues owed. This ensures that towns are being taxed the correct amount and avoids times where a town is overtaxed. Allow this to be overridden and add a setting for dues to be automatic or manual.
