When you engage in Conquest and place your first Territory Generator, you begin to claim Territory for you town. When enemies are in your territory, any blocks they place or break will revert after about an hour and any broken block will not drop itself, meaning you can control resources with this method.
One change we're making is giving every town an automatic and free 50 block radius of territory around their town protection. What we hope for this to accomplish is to remove things like one-block towers that are commonly found outside of towns for raids an the like.
So, pending the next restart, wherever your town protection lies, 50 blocks beyond that point will be classified as your town territory.
