Ah I think I get it, like interrupting someone's neutral fight and not let them get the tile, I think it'd be a bit innecessary, just take the tile before them

u can do it on continent so why not conquest isles!!

In continent you have 3 daily attacks, if an alliance stops it, you have 2 attacks remaining, in balak on 1 daily attack. Big -1
