I haven't seen him in vc for months but recently he joined our community again with a new discord account and started playing in other server or games with us, he really seems to have matured and changed his behavior in these 9 months. You could think I'm saying this because we are good friends but no, I'm just being objective and I really think he deserves a second chance.

+1 i played a lot of time with Balthq, like 1 year straight, hes from my near cicle of friends, i hope he can get unban, we all know the things what he did were wrong. But we all deserve a second oportunity. i hope Balthq can get his deserved unban. This last time came with us to vc and spend a lot of hours talking and playing with us, and talking about he want to come back and play with us.
