Yes, it is wrong, yes he shouldve done other things, but on the other hand azules has lied about his age multiple times to the point that his age is a mystery. Azules has made multiple claims that hes 15, and 14 many times but hasnt clearly stated when he was born at all with zero background on his birthday at all with him being possibly 16 to with him saying that he always changed up the story about his age and never gave a clear answer with him being anywhere from 15-17. https://streamable.com/05mhzx

Im not sayingg what jacky did was wrong and infact I think its disgusting but the fact that we are letting this other one roam around messing with people to is even worse. The screenshots provided along with the video show that azules needs some mental stability before actions continue

both should be banned 1000% i still dont understand how the 17 yr getting way more hate then the person that lied about there age like 17 15 minor minor is like semiiiii normal ive seen it before at my school and no one thought about it ccjacky should stay banned and imo azules should be banned im not on anyones side but lying about age is wicked and gross and esexing under 18 is insane LOCK THEM UP

Most people here seem to agree that they should both be banned. You do not lose the point of the discussion by stating that the person turning 18 in 2 weeks holds more responsibility than the 14 year old. Azules lied about their age and they should be banned for doing this but this person was willing to do sexual things with what they thought was a 15 year old knowing they are going to become an adult soon and I personally think it is disgusting at best and predatory at worst. Both sides are trying to spin it as if they were completely manipulated by the other when they are clearly both at fault, but I actually think it is harmful to just equate responsibility here and call it a day. At the end of the day, Jacky is about to become an adult and instead of trying to just NOT HAVE E SEX WITH 15 YEAR OLDS they chose to engage.

What makes this whole situation alot worse is his garbage first appeal (not that this one is any better) where he actually tries to pretend like he thought he was banned for some stupid ranked trash talking and not the whole e sex with a 14 year old. He deflects responsibility and tries to garner sympathy. He has continued to do this below this appeal. All of this shows a lack of understanding of his situation and it is certainly not made better by the handful of people trying to defend him here. He needs to be removed from this community and so does Azules, but I do not like how some people are trying to equate responsibility. Alot of people do not realize that online, most predators are not master manipulators or whatnot, they are sad and lonely and pathetic and looking for anything they can get and this is extremely dangerous, as they often fail to fundamentally understand why what they are doing is wrong. The comments this person has made under their previous appeal, and the comments they have been making under this one suggest that very lack of fundamental understanding. The best thing this person can do is recognize their mistakes and be removed from this community for good. They should then just remove themselves from the internet altogether and try to get their life in shape. The idea you lose the point of the discussion when you assign more responsibility to the older party is ridiculous.

You clearly do not think it is disgusting as you have been consistently arguing in favor of an unban for this individual (who was only banned days ago, by the way). You should at the very least be honest about your views. If you thought it was disgusting you would not be here arguing for their unban.

I think this thread should be closed as soon as possible. There is really no point to keeping it open any further. The case for both sides has been presented in a (somewhat) clear manner, and it is clear they are both wrong. They should both be removed from the community, but the attempt this one is making to completely deflect blame off of themselves (and the fact some people under this post have been encouraging / entertaining it) is frankly quite disturbing.

Azules needs to be removed from the community for their own good.
CCJacky is about to become an adult. He should start acting like it. Step 1 would be not e sexing 14/15 year olds online and instead getting his life together.

Just not have esex at all on discord over fucking Minecraft, every server i played i saw players and staffers getting blacklisted for erping and being pedos, thats not anymore a ban or unban situation, both of them should leave for good time just to growup as a person.

i think we all agree besides maybe two people if both are banned this appeal would be locked and all this will die out in 1 week untill they both try and appeal and it might start up again

im not argueing for an unban and I think the ban should stay imo but im saying that there should be a line drawn between the two and the both of them should be banned and thats final
