Im not saying what pigears and jacky did was right, and ill still be friends with them because there chill, but Im trying to even it out for jacky to make it fair as what happened was really stupid. This isnt pigears appeal I have my own thoughts, when he appeals ill have my own things to say and think about that.

I think Loka should ban both of the people involved and take advice from Loka Veterans like Click1x and H4pnotic, as they know what’s best for Loka, because of their insane amount of love and experience for the server.

Every single person focusing on the edating aspect of this is emotionally immature. This isn't about edating or esex or erp or whatever else you find weird and conclude it must be unethical. Obviously what happened between jacky and azules is unethical but that has nothing to do with edating itself.

jacky and azu1es both go by she/her pronouns if youre confused about who I'm referring to in the following text.

Azu1es is a chronic liar, and she will lie to paint any picture that makes her look better. She has repeatedly lied about her age to many people and many times its with the intent of flirting with someone that wouldn't do so if they knew her actual age. Sometimes Azu1es is 15, sometimes she is 16 and now she is 14. Jacky is 17 and was turning 18 in 2 months when Azu1es and Jacky had their "interaction". Azu1es told people that jacky was 18 when it happened and now it's turned into people saying Jacky was turning 18 in 2 weeks. Azules lied about ever talking to jacky on instagram and deleted discord dms with jacky to make it look like one sided harassment.

Jacky is an unlikeable person with lots of mental issues so its easy for everyone to hop on a bandwagon of hate and call Jacky a pedophile. A two year age gap is not pedophilia and ccjacky is not a predator. CCJacky did not pursue a 14 year old with the intent of taking advantage of them. Two year age gap relationships are common in high school and half the people in this forum would not bat an eye if it was irl and not online. Whether its unethical or not its deemed socially acceptable by society. I don't think what happened between the two of them should have ever happened even if azu1es was actually 15 but again I don't think jacky is a predator because someone lied about their age and went out of their way to pressure someone into having "esex" with them.

Both individuals need therapy and should be banned for their own well-being.

Im making new appeal because i figured out i was banned for a different reason I believe i was banned because someone made sexual allegations against me, and i say that they're all wrong and are slander. So they were telling everyone that our "relationship" was between 18 and 14 year olds, which is obviously unacceptable, but at the time i thought its a relationship between 17 and 15 year olds, so they just had to lie about both of our ages to spread this slander, and eventually report me and get me banned. I am 17 and never told them im 18, nor was am I close to being 18 currently. They just completely made it up, they could've told staff that im 30 and i wouldve gotten banned likewise I believe lying about your age to erp with someone is not okay, i believe that i have been wrongly slandered and harassed, and i want staff to review this case once more in light of new evidence and perspective that i provided.
