Recap -

Greetings, LokaMC. For those who weren’t present while I played or don’t know me, I’m qrevive. In November of last year, I was banned for hacking after a screenshare was performed on me by Kxph. I spent months cheating, terrorizing other players, and, simply put, being a nuisance. Today I’d like to appeal my ban and seek forgiveness from those who had to put up with me and the new players who have to possibly play with me.

Hacking -

When I played Loka, I was always injected. Whether I was queuing ranked, at Gank Isle, or in a conquest, my cheats were present and on. Despite this, I was mostly stuck in iron-gold, causing players to have less suspicion on me. It was only until my final few weeks on Loka where I changed my config and managed to get the rank of diamond+, at that point it was completely obvious that I was cheating leading to the day when I was frozen, and banned. Since around December until now, I haven’t cheated. Even now when I play party fights or duels with others, and they ask me to cheat to make it more competitive for them, I never do. Throughout my time on Loka I had mostly gotten used to using an unfair advantage to function in the game, whether it was click aim assist, tbot, or auto jump reset. I had to use it, but now it doesn’t even come across as a thought for me when I load up Minecraft. Instead of cheating as the easy approach, I’ve been taking the time and improving legitimately.

Actions Since Ban -

Ban -> 1st Appeal:
When I was banned, I messaged Kxph (my screen sharer) in a panic, as in my mind I was correct, and he was wrong. Which is just stupidity on my part, as he’s simply doing his job. After that, I had just about gone into isolation (online) besides a few friends since I didn’t feel the need to be in contact with people from Loka anymore. I spent a lot of time improving myself as a person, and at one point I had even forgotten about the server, but then I slowly integrated myself back into the community.

1st Appeal -> Now: Since I posted my first appeal, I’ve been extremely active online. I’m usually on VC just watching screen shares of other players playing Loka. I’d like to say that the longer I’ve been a part of the community, the more I’ve gotten DMs from players asking me how I cheated & how they can cheat themselves. Furthermore, I’ve never given in and given the people in question what they were asking for, but more of a lesson. Moreover, I really like spreading the word to recruits and such that hacking is never worth it, not at all. From experience, of course. More on the real-life part of my actions, I’ve gotten myself my first job around the start of the summer and have been dedicated to stuff related to college, pretty much getting my life together before senior year begins.

Tremors -

When I made my first appeal, I was a bit iffy on this topic and felt it wasn’t necessary to bring up. I’m still quite embarrassed about the topic, but I’ve been told to include it. I’m not trying to make a sob story and gain pity points from anyone; I’m just trying to clear up why I cheated, as, truthfully, “trying to get better” wasn’t the exact reason.

A few months before I began playing Loka, I figured out I had the neurological disorder "essential tremors." Put simply, parts of my body, mainly my hands, would shake under high stress or when doing actions. Most people would assume that they don’t feel much stress during video games, especially Minecraft, but it’s not all that simple. I can feel completely fine, but it’d still happen. When I began playing Loka, I had the urge to be better, but I felt as if it’d be impossible due to obvious reasons. So I began cheating, but it wasn’t much of a help, so when I discovered Click Aim Assist, I was hooked. Click Aim Assist allowed me to adjust my crosshair to the enemy player, which helped me greatly as it was a solution to my shaking. This by no means is an excuse, and I was selfish for doing such things.

“Why didn’t you just take medication?” My mom actually has the same disorder as me; the issue is that she grew up in a place where they didn’t have access to such treatments and lived a life of “just deal with it,” so when she figured out about me having it too, she didn’t bother getting me anything to help. I can say now though that after a lot of convincing and understanding, I’ve been taking propranolol to assist me. Which is a very key reason on why I’ve kept away from cheating and have reformed.

What I Plan On Doing If I’m Unbanned -

I want to assure the community that I will not be cheating ever again if I’m given a second chance. I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say that I won’t cheat ever again, and I’ve matured enough to the point where I won’t go back on this promise. Cheating is completely obsolete to me now and not even a thought. When it comes to interacting with the community, I’d like to be the complete opposite of the player I was once, and be involved more in positive interactions being a player others can look up to. I especially want to continue to promote anti-cheating, as it’ll never turn out good for anyone involved, and eventually you’ll just end up banned.

Apology -

I apologize from the bottom of my heart to all players and staff who were affected by my actions during my time on LokaMC. Even though I apologized in my first appeal, I've spent the past 3 months playing against cheaters who acted similar to me, and seeing it first hand has truly made me realize the severity of my actions. To even think that I was once in the shoes of that player makes me feel horrible.

Conclusion -

That being said, I hope that I can be provided the opportunity to play on such a great server once again. It’s a lot being asked, but one more chance is all I seek. The past few months I’ve sat there watching my friends play, having a great time, and it makes me regret my decisions deeply. Once again, I'm sorry.

Thank you to those who have taken the time out of their day to read my appeal.

+1 i can vouch for his tremors as it used to be a big topic in our group back in the day, whenever we do party fights and stuff he's playing legit and genuinely trying to get better. Enough time has passed and he put a lot of effort into the appeal.

+1 I have known revive for a long time and as much as it saddens me to say his tremors were always the punchline of everyone's joke so I have seen first hand what caused him to do what he did, he just wanted to stop being made fun off for having something he can't help so instead of punishing him for a mistake he made we need to use his case to show loka that we need to become better as a community and then maybe revive wouldn't of cheated. I don't blame revive for cheating I blame the community for leaving him no choice to cheat or too face constant humiliation. We need to do better

+1 Very unlikely to repeat offend, clearly shows remorse and dedication to change in order to play loka. He's been nothing but a positive influence on our community since he joined recently, and i believe would be a positive influence on loka if he was given another chance

+1 revive and i hate each other but when i saw he changed i forgave him and i see he is good guy he deserves unban 100 percent and always trying to get better legit too much

+1, i got to know him a lot while hes been banned and i can vouch he would never cheat again and he absolutely learnt his lesson. he spends hours a day in vc watching us play loka on screenshare, everything he's said in this appeal is true from what i know

I have met revive recently and if you asked me before I found out he got banned I would have no clue he was banned on loka for hacking, he is always helping people with anything they need about loka. He has completely changed from the old cheating revive and deserves a second chance. +1

+1 very good and thoughtful appeal, Hes changed for the better and has learnt his lesson. He clearly is showing that he has the dedication to change and play loka, and hes always trying to get better legit whenever we fight. Hes an example to everyone who is banned for cheating that they can change aswell.

+1 When I first started playing loka, This guy was the one who taught me how to play. I have gotten so close to him to the point where we have met IRL. Geniually cool dude and really has changed. FREE MY BOI

+1 this lil fell revive turned me into a god at pvp from lt5 to ht1 within a span of a year he flips my frown into a big smile knowing id be able to play loka with this little fella one day within our lifetime. hes stopped hacking and watches screenshares all day every day. Also, he is very desperate to get unbanned while battling his tremors he has still written 6 pages and a online copy for this appeal.
