Hello,
I would like to appeal my ban because I honestly believe it was a mistake.
I was banned for "hacking" after a screen share that lasted around an hour and a half. During that time, my PC was checked thoroughly, and I fully cooperated with the staff member conducting the SS. The staff went through my files, folders, processes, and basically everything he wanted to inspect. After all that time, nothing out of the ordinary was found on my computer.
What confuses me the most is that I was never given a clear reason for the ban. I asked why I got banned, but I never received an explanation or any evidence showing that I was cheating. If there was something that justified the punishment, I would genuinely like to know what it was.
From my point of view, the screen share proved the exact opposite of what I was accused of. If I had been using hacks, an hour and a half of checking my PC should have been more than enough to find something. Instead, nothing was found, yet I was still banned for hacking.
I understand that staff members have to make difficult decisions and work hard to keep the server fair, and I respect that. However, I also think bans should be based on actual evidence. Since no cheats were found during the SS and no explanation was provided afterward, this feels like a false ban.
I'm simply asking for my case to be reviewed fairly. I have always been willing to cooperate, and I did everything that was asked of me during the screen share. I don't believe there was sufficient evidence to justify a ban for hacking, and for that reason, I respectfully ask to be unbanned.
