About 3 months ago I got banned for refusing SS whilst playing on Lokamc at the time I was just playing ranked due to wanting to practice diamond pot and I was not active on Loka other than this I was only playing ranked. However I got frozen after doing a few ranked duels in which I was confronted by a staff member asking me if I would be ok with ssing through anydesk I had no knowledge on how it worked only knowing anydesk gave access to my pc and was unaware if this could effect me (I'm very sceptical to some ways of ssing I did ask if there was any other way of ssing but they said no)
This was my first ever time actually be accused of alting and threatened with a unfamiliar ss tool I was really nervous and did not know how to handle it. If it was now I would've ssed but obviously this was my first time going through something like this so I was really nervous and made a hasty decision not to ss I hope that my appeal can be considered towards unbanning me as I would greatly appreciate this.
(I just want to make it clear that I have not logged onto any different accounts during my time on loka only the account x_Kyran_x so I was not alting the main ban was refusal to ss but I was suspected of being an alt so they added it on due to me not ssing)
