For those who don't know, around two weeks ago I along with another had been falsely banned because of a small dispute regarding toxicity and images being taken out of context. This was entirely fake and the Loka admins were made to believe that I had somehow been involved in a series of intense doxxing that put this individuals personal safety and online status at risk. The individual being mentioned is 'popstarmilan'.
Although I had little information the moment I was being spammed once I came home about my ban, I soon learned that it was not only not true at all but that my messages had been taken out of context. Now I have little respect for this character, I'm sure many see themselves as friends with him but I had been around him perhaps in his worst moments so I've not been able to see the good side of him, but I know he has done more bad than good. However, I am not here to insult the character of the person who has banned me, I'll go into detail into why my ban is false and the great lengths I've gone to prove I'm innocent following my ban.
Before I begin I would like to explain the great lengths I went through to avoid not only my appeal flopping by retrieving evidence from several people, meanwhile throughout all of this I have had evidence that could lead to his account getting banned off of discord and real world consequences being applied to him. However, I am willing to maintain moral superiority and not stoop lower than the one that decided he wanted to get two players banned for no reason. I have also dealt with almost all of the staff that have been added to my account creation tickets and have had Cryptite create this account manually for me to appeal and get unbanned.
Firstly, the quote on quote doxx itself had little to no weight in the first place seeing as I had only recirculate a screenshot that I had seen already in the server he was openly turning his video on for everyone to see. This was not a role restricted channel, and although this server did have a join policy meaning that only approved individuals could join he had been showing his entire face and part of his body to the entire server (for anyone to see regardless of relation).
Secondly, he himself admitted to others during his celebration of getting me and the other afflicted banned off of Loka, that my and the other afflicted was not only completely false but that it had made no harm to him in the first place. He went on to explain to me and the other afflicted that what we did was technically doxxing under Loka's rulebook, however after viewing and realizing the manipulated context that he completely misled staff and others to believe that we had impacted him in any way. If we were to go ahead and take a look at the official definition for doxxing "to search for and publish private or identifying information about (a particular individual) on the internet, typically with malicious intent.", this is exactly how he describes how we harmed him. This shows how he twisted his wording and the incident that had happened to appear like an intense and malicious one.
Thirdly, he openly admitted to others in a vc who happen to name themselves or eachother in the call, openly showing their involvement was little and attempt to appear to go along with popstarmilan's plan to ban myself and the other inflicted without fighting it, however the one who recorded the call even being his friend, admitted that he simply was unaware that the goals of popstarmilan were as one-sided and sinister and decided to record the full truth.
Finally, I am going to send in the non-edited version of the entire conversation that preceded following my ban, throughout the video you can tell the one trying to pry more information out of popstarmilan attempts to appear natural and bolster popstarmilan's own confidence regarding his 'master plan' and allow popstarmilan to drop more and more information regarding the falseness of the bans. Furthermore, viewing the recording at face value wouldn't do much because he was still trying to maintain his high-horse regarding the whole situation, trying to paint himself in decent lighting and not telling the full truth, but throughout the video recording you can listen to small cracks appear in his story as more and more truths come to light from a mutual friend of ours.
TLDR: The ban is false with much evidence, there is malicious intent behind his side of the story regarding what happened and he attempted to manipulate the Loka admins into believing his story, however he was deceived by a mutual friend to reveal the truth.

I would like to make clear that I fully intend on following this ban appeal with punishment of popstarmilan through Loka or otherwise has he any urge to downvote or make any attempt to lie more about the events that transpired behind my back. Not only did he admit to many illegal activities in the video, he came to VC with us attempting to make a deal after realizing we had evidence that could potentially harm him irl, and he would admit that he lied about us doxxing him if we were to simply apologize, but I'll never compromise.
