I am posting this appeal for MinixThijsFx because he can't make a forums account. I was the one who reported him for town betrayal but me and Zyxlon forgive him for the actions he did as we decided to delete the town.

I want to appeal for the ban I received on 11/02/2021 for town betrayal. I griefed the town that I made with my friends and used lava and broke a lot of stuff and I agree that I deserve to be banned. But after two months I think enough time has passed for this ban, my friends forgave me and they deleted the town anyways because it wasn't really something for us. I hope I can get a second chance to prove myself, I will not grief towns anymore and I will behave myself on the server, because I really enjoy playing Loka and it was the only server I enjoyed playing.

+1, as one of the town owners I think he deserves a second chance. He maybe griefed, but we decided to delete the town, and the town grief wasn't part of our decision.

+1, As a member of the old town (clouds) i think he deserves a unban.

Personally I would've waited one more month, but since the previous town members seemed to have forgiven the user, I think they should be allowed back. They've admitted what they did was wrong, they showed guilt in their actions, and they were up front for why they were banned. Just make sure not to do it again buddy. Second Chances are what we all need every now & then.

We're happy they were honest about what happened, considering this has been their only offence we are willing to give them another opportunity. The ban has been lifted, but please remember they will be on a final warning for any future rule breaks.
