Ban Appeal – IGN: SimpOut
Ban Date: 8/28/2025
Reason: SS Avoiding

Hello Lokamc Staff,

I’m appealing my ban from 8/28/2025 (IGN: SimpOut) for SS Avoiding. I want to give some context to the situation and explain why I don’t feel a permanent ban is fair in this case.

When I was frozen, I wasn’t even pvping. I was just running around the pvp area without fighting anyone, and before that I mostly spent my time farming ores and mobs for shards. I cooperated with the staff member and went through multiple manual screenshare tools without any issues, and nothing was found on my computer.

The ban came when I was asked to run another tool that performs a full PC scan. At the time, I wasn’t comfortable with that level of access. My concern wasn’t about hiding cheats — I don’t use them — it was about my personal privacy. I didn’t know exactly what information could be exposed, and I didn’t want to take the risk of private files being seen. That’s the only reason I refused.

I understand that from your perspective, it may have looked like I was avoiding the screenshare. But I want to make it clear that my refusal wasn’t about hiding anything — it was about not trusting that specific tool. I let staff check through other methods, and nothing was found.

I respectfully ask that you reconsider my ban. I really enjoy playing on Lokamc and don’t believe a permanent punishment is fair for this situation. I fully understand the importance of keeping the server clean and, if given another chance, I’ll cooperate as best I can in the future.

I attached a file showcasing all the screensharing tool methods I allowed the moderator to use.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
SimpOut

+1 I know this guy for 4 years he never cheated in his life he just made a rookie mistake by not allowing a ''echo scan'' on his pc because of ''personal information'' which seems fair since he allowed every other ss tool to check if he's ''hacking'' and didn't find anything on his pc.
