I'm writing this to appeal my punishment, which falls under the category of "Hacking." I was initially banned on 08/06/2025 while playing on the C-Train. I’m not entirely sure what specifically caused the ban, but I believe there's a chance it's because I have mods for use on other servers, and these mods may violate Loka's guidelines, I want to clarify that I have not used them on Loka. But, the scenario that most likely happened is that I got banned for ping spoofing.
From what I can gather, the ban may have resulted from logs that suggested I was using a ping spoofer. However, I’d like to explain that any abnormal ping behavior was most likely caused by my unstable internet connection. I live in Egypt, where internet services are known to be unreliable and frequently experience spikes and high latency. This could very well have false triggered the anticheat.
I'll be including a few screenshots all taken in a short time showing how inconsistent my internet could be to prove that I have no hand in doing this, and I also don't mind if staff would like to run a check on me with whatever ways they could use.
I understand the importance of maintaining fair gameplay on Loka and respect the rules. I hope you can take my situation into consideration and review the possibility of lifting or reducing the punishment.Thank you for your time
