and writing a long appeal doesnt change anything he is just loka addict if he is unbanned he will continue doing the same things its not hard to understand this
Even tho this is a great appeal and I can tell you did put a lot of effort into it, I feel like 9 months is not enough. I would happily +1 your appeal in 3-4 months.
