I got banned on my friend's account, uano (which I no longer have any access to), for avoiding SS/illegal mods, and after that I started ban evading on the accounts: jareddwow, venvansegaming1, icedoutwrists (jstRetro and H3egskx; I'm not 100% sure if I used these two on Loka.) It's very likely that there were more accounts that I used that I don't remember).
I have also played on the accounts ZonenPvP, LucasLucisCaelum and poolians (when I used these accounts, I wasn't ban evading; I was alting only. uano was still not banned/never logged on loka).
When I was being screenshared, I was joining a vc and dming friends while the staff member was ssing me, interrupting the staff's screenshare (which is considered avoiding ss; the ban reason is correct).
I wasn't cheating. I had a free look mod (perspektive), which I didn't know wasn't allowed back when I was using the account uano. I noticed it wasn't allowed right after I ban evaded for the first time, since the "illegal mods" page prompted me once I was about to queue.
I'm not too sure if all of that can be forgiven, since all of that was months ago. If I get unbanned, I will never use multiple accounts again; I'll stick to a single account only.

I don't really have any reason to use alt accounts; I enjoy using multiple accounts. I never really played any survival on Loka, only /pvp queues, and I never alted on two different accounts in the same ranked season (except for the accounts that got banned for evading). I don't know if that changes anything; it's just something that I'd like to point out.
