Good afternoon,
I am writing this because I am confident about not having used any illegal modifications and therefore not having broken any of the server rules. The reason for my punishment is cheating, "caught in ss"
In the following I will give my point of view
Under my humble advice, I do not think that reason has enough "proof" to ban me. Under the ss Skuhoo used some tools and first one said that I had something, while in the others like Processhacker there wasnt anything showing me using cheats, he also tried to use another tool, it either didn't work or it said I wasn't cheating. If it gets caught in a paladin kind of tool it should also be found in every other tool you used?

Firstly, I have been ssed on other servers aswell, During the screenshare, they used Anydesk, Process hacker, Paladin, Avenge8; checked logs, files, downloaded files etc.

Secondly, people might think I hack bc they either don't know who I am or bc my ping and fps, since I'm from EU and my specs isn't the best.
I also used to play FFA all the time, where I was beating most of the t2 players in 1v1s.
I know I cheated when trying to get the firestone, but It would just be dumb cheating again since it would get me permbanned and it was quite obvious that I was fly hacking.

Yet again, dear staff, I am aware of the complexity of these kind of cases. I understand how hard it can be to decide on this. However, I hope you really take under consideration my point of view, which, supported by facts, should now leave no longer doubt on my innocence. I hope you will show empathy and help me through this non-deserved punishment. I was, am and will be a big fan of Lokamc.
My MC version is: 1.16.4 optifine


Other than that, I think that the staff team is doing an incredible work in the development and moderation of the server. A bad staff would probably not take the time to read this through and by having arrived to this point, you only confirm my assumption. Thank you for your time.

-1 just because other servers did a bad job of screensharing you doesnt mean you're innocent
 
+1 loka screenshares are as effective as walking backwards to prove someone is hacking, sku banned furioussskebabc after he got 6 kills in a fight because some random ss tool detected one file after paladin, process hacker and manual ss failed to detect anything

He said he was going to write to the developer of the SS tool, to see if it was anything wrong, he also was in processhacker for about 40 minutes, nothing there same with the other tool. So it has to be something wrong with that tool he started with.

And if he were that sure I was hacking he wouldn't use other tools to check,

It's pretty standard procedure to use multiple in case the first one finds nothing or sets off a false positive.

Typically screenshares tend to be pretty accurate in finding out hackers and I wouldn't doubt that they were in this instance either. Your example of the other server also doesn't make much sense as their screenshare team might not find something that ours does.

Frankly most people who do cheat to get the Firestone immediately get permabanned, so I'd consider you lucky that you didn't. Although not particularly relevant to the appeal here this still gives incite to the fact that you have been known to cheat in the past which makes it more possible that you're still continuing to cheat.

On another note, if you don't want hackers on Loka we have to rat them out somehow. There needs to be a good way at catching hackers and typically screensharing is how it's done, even if it's not 100% accurate.

On another note, if you don't want hackers on Loka we have to rat them out somehow. There needs to be a good way at catching hackers and typically screensharing is how it's done, even if it's not 100% accurate.

as for all your excuses that since he found nothing on process hacker etc meaning your legit, no, it doesn't, it's simply a fact that theres only so much a person can do to locate something themselves rather a program can locate things in seconds, if it comes back as a false positive I will be so shocked, however seeing that you were blatant I don't think this will happen

I think you have your information wrong because Paladin doesn't even scan 1.16. We haven't used it in an SS in over a year. It's also the butt of a lot of jokes in the SS tool community for its lack of working detections. Both Echo and Actova detected evidence of an injected client in furioussskebabc's case.

can vouch for what he says about paladin and Echo is quite reliable also.

I've been talking to paladin staff for nearly 9 months now and they always say 1.16 is coming soon, they do updates once a year and whilst there detections were good at the time they are a pretty ass tool overall.
 
You were screen shared and found to have an injected client in your active instance of Minecraft. 2 different things were flagged. You were fairly insistent you had not hacked, so to humor you we contacted the dev of the screen sharing tool to ensure it was not a false positive (which is very rare). They confirmed this was not a false positive and you were indeed hacking.

You were previously banned for hacking and flat-out lied in your appeal, which prompted us to extend your ban at the time (this can be seen below). I see no reason we should believe you over a reliable screen sharing tool, the guy who wrote it, and what we watched you do, which prompted the ss in the first place.

So i recently got banned on loka I am not sure why i am banned, so Im not really sure what im appealing for but im not hacking and I really wish I could get screenshared instead of just getting banned. While im offline. Without any evidence or information abt what cheat i was using etc.
Im new to loka, im trying to explore and learn everything and firstly I wanted to complete the quest "firestone" which would be pretty cool imo, I watched a video so i knew where to go and how to do everything, after about 1-3 days i managed to complete the whole quest and got the firestone. (Got told i was hacking in the nether, the only thing I was doing in the nether/dreadfort was killing zombie pigmen, ghasts and doing the firestone quest.)
This is all i have to say.

You asked to be screen shared then (which was not necessary due to how blatant it was). This time we did and yet you are still not satisfied.

I strongly suggest you do not attempt to ban evade. If you do, we will never consider any future ban appeals you make.
