ccjacky is most definitely the greater evil? some 14 year old kid who clearly doesnt have a good enough brain to handle any decisions cant be held to the same responsibility as some near-adult. i do definitely want both of these freaks perm banned thoughCCJacky, is a LokaMC player who was recently banned for Harassment, she is 17 turning 18 alledgedly.
Azu1es is 15 years old as of the 21st of August 2025, however has lied about his age numerous times creating a false grooming narrative surrounding CCJacky.
Why this is important?
LokaMC, being a server filled with all age ranges cannot endorse this behaviour whatsoever, however despite how "freakish" both CCJacky and Azules conversations may not be illegal depending on the state they reside in however the US prohibits the exchange of CSAM (sexual pictures of minors etc) and the physical element of sexual behaviour, it does not concern itself with 'dating' much.
Azules is not a passive victim in this situation, she propogated her age in order to participate in this "sexting" with CCJacky despite knowing his age, this does not uphold discord TOS under its Identity and Authenticity Policy, users are prohibited from “misrepresenting their identity on our platform in a deceptive or harmful way”. Lying about her age was deceptive behaviour that could harm CCJacky's reputation and possibly his real life.
LokaMC is not a rehabilitation center, it is not responsible to hold Azules's hand regarding sexual conduct online.
Loka does however monitor behaviour outside of the server under rule 6 and 5.3
6. Don't Bully Other Players
This rule applies anywhere, (any platform) not just on the server. Loka brings players together, so we feel we have a responsibility to protect them outside of the server too.
5.3. Do not purposefully agitate or disrupt the community by means of Trolling, harassment, or sarcasm
Furthermore, by intentionally lying regarding her age, Azules has demonstrated reoccuring manipulative behaviour that harms the safety of the LokaMC community. CCJacky has recieved consequences regarding his behaviour it is evident that Azules was equally responsible in creating this harmful environment and escalating the situation. By lying about her age Azules has brought false grooming allegations to CCJacky, this not only places CCjacky in a harmful position but it also triviliases the actual cases of grooming occured by weaponising the label against players who despite not innocent are not sole abusers and had their behaviour reciprocated.
Allowing Azu1es to play LokaMC after participating in such a serious event creates a double standard which can cause real harm, often players are bullied for lesser actions which is a demonstration of Loka having an iron fist at the wrong times, Azules has deliberately decieved CCJacky for her own benefit and now reaps no consequences and will potentially continue to damage the communuity. If Loka is actually serious about protecting the community on any platform it is IMPERATIVE that they action this behaviour and immediately permanently ban Azules, state laws support CCJacky if Azules was serious regarding his age however at some point of the interactions Azules was 14 and CCjacky was 17, this is the fault of Azules for lying about her age.
CCJacky, you can look at him how you want, he engaged in this behaviour with Azules under the impression that the age gap was legal within his state, after CCjacky no longer talked to Azules, Azules weaponised their history and retaliated through spreading false claims such as the age gap being 14 and 18 at some point. This is an inflation and creates the appearance of a non existing predatory relationship. Weaponisation of grooming allegations isa very serious offence which is increasingly malicious and endangers the credibiltiy of real victims, whilst simultaneously abusing Loka's trust system.
It is evident Azules is no victim here, she directly violated Discords Identity and Authenticity Policy by lying about her age in a harmful way, she created a false grooming story which resulted in CCJacky being banned under a false pretense, she engaged in ban weaponisation and harassment when CCJacky cut off contact.
Additionally Azules intentionally or unintentionally was lucky enough to have everyone go into moral panic and flame CCJacky with over 14 pages of hate spread towards Jacky, additionally people are ignoring what Azules reciprocated which leads people to just follow the bandwagon. If harassment is bannable why did CCJacky get banned and Azules get away scot free?, Azules should recieve equal if not worse punishment for this behaviour.
Moving forward with this, development and safety.
Beyong enforcing the rules themselves this situation is a pivotal moment of both CCJacky and Azules life, it acts as a wakeup call of personal development.
Azules is currently 15 years old, a very vulnerable age where the mind is highly susceptible to outside influence in a positive and negative manner, Azules behaviour likely stems from a defecit of attention or improper care when growing up, engaging in this sexualised interactions is NOT NORMAL and attempting to manipulate others for your own benefit is completely innapropriate. For this reason i believe Azules should be permanently banned without chance of appeal for a minimum of a year.
This will allow her to spend time offline and learn healthy ways to interact with peers, with similar mental effects as watching adult content, exposure to a sexualised environment as this age is harmful and banning her is a protective and punitive measure.
On another side, CCJacky is almost an adult, it is crucial to understand the responsibilities and behaviour that must be upheld when turning into an adult it no longer becomes a "ban" but it becomes real legal actions and genuine consequences, for this reason I urge you and Azules to seek therapy and speak to a psychiatrist as soon as possible, despite the age gap being legal it holds a question of maturity and CCJackys thought process when sexting somebody 2 years younger, this small misunderstanding can have real legal consequences and it is imperative CCJacky exercises better judgement both online and offline in the future.
Both players should remain permanently banned, CCJacky in the nicest way possible needs to "touch grass" and as does Azules.
Community implications are also very important, taking action NOW protects the LokaMC community from associating Azules behaviour to be morally and legally correct, Allowing deception and interactions between minors and older players sets a precedent which can lead to very harmful situations. By holding both players accountable it removes this precedent.
Banning both would reinforce that
Ban Weaponisation
- Dishonest and harmful online behaviour regardless of age will not be tolerated on Loka
- Loka's commitment to protecting their community regardless of platform
- Encourages healthy habits and both Jacky and Azules to grow offline

Here is kippehz saying that this is the greater evil here, I would disagree, I believe that both Azules and CCjackys behaviour are equal if not worse for Azules.
It is important to hold CCjacky up to a higher standard which is why I agree he should remain banned, it is very likely that CCjacky thought the age gap was never more than two years at any given point.
Here is carbify saying the victim should be banned with a laughing emoji, this false narrative regarding Azules being a perfectly innocent victim is harmful for the community as it showcases how easy it is to manipulate people.
CCjacky here is recieving hate in his dms which is the reason loka doesnt tell people who got them banned.

Asynchronised the goat spoke in and was a voice of reason, I do not think CCJacky made this appeal thinking he will be unbanned but simply to showcase he was also a victim here.

I left two comments demonising CCJacky without even accounting for Azules.
But I did my research, I asked around and gathered evidence and concluded both need to be banned.
I empathise with Azules as she clearly wasnt raised right but also CCjacky as he was clearly manipulated and despite being almost an adult still fell for this..
But before you come attacking me for this understand this.

it is also clear azuls deleted all his messages to show he wasnt saying worse stuff then jacky which just dehumanises everything anyway.

Both players should be banned, CCJackys behaviour is inexcusable regardless of wether Azules is 14 or 15, HOWEVER, from a legal standpoint what Azules did is grooming as he lied regarding his age. CCJacky needs to be banned so he can go outside and talk to real people because the stuff I have seen in these screenshots is the same stuff youd see the discord 12/13 year olds do in 2020. Grow up.
As for you Azules, you need to go outside as well, you are insanely young and yet act like this? Where could this possibly have gone right? Where did you learn this behaviour? What is the community you surround yourself with? None of you deserve to play on a server with such a diverse age range, you both lack maturity and common sense which leads to people actually getting hurt.

On a final note, I STRONGLY condemn hate towards both players, this situation accompanied by both clearly lack of proper attention can lead to suicide and real world self harm, it is important to understand all parties are young and it is their first time living as well, lets all remember that if one of them kills themselves you WILL regret any comments you say to them or at least anyone with morals will.
Ban Azules and Ban CCJacky, both of you need to go outside right NOW.

Whilst I understand your contention it is imperative to understand that maturity doesn't happen over night, for reference I am 17 years old and so is CCjacky, different maturity times, additionally "some 14 year old" does not justify his behaviour, whilst I agree due to Jacky's age we should hold him to a higher standard it is important to understand that just because azules is 14 doesn't mean she doesn't know what's she's doing.

Like kylaz was saying, in the screenshot provided you can obviously see that the messages were directed by responses and was not directed towards a brick wall. With this, Azules has been trying to show that they're totally in the right by deleting all instagram messages and lying to otheres that there was zero chat messages between the two. While I still do agree that jacky was wrong. this would be a good example of reverse r4p3 and along with it still being considered grooming like kylaz was saying. From what I know about Jacky, they don't do this intentionally and will only act if someone else starts first and says its fine. For example, when you give a fire wood. To sum it up, while both of them were wrong in there own sense, while overall I think jacky shouldn't have done that to begin with, azules was the one who "groomed" him regardless of age which is why the both of them should be banned.
