-1 if my guess is correct, the cape you got banned for should have never been your cape to begin with. "Forgetting" to change it is not a valid reason, ignorance is no excuse. A short appeal with no actual recognition of ones mistakes shows that you are not deserving of an unban at the moment.
on other servers there was no problem with my cape, the first time I met with a ban for the wrong cape, besides I played on fabric so I didn't see my cape

If your displaying essentially hate speech on a cape you are bound to get banned, these are the consequences of your actions,

-1, you shouldn't have capes that have hate speech on it in the first place and the mustache guy is one of the worst ones u could be showing (the mustache guy killed like half of my family so even more of a -1)

-1 ultimately due to the fact that he had to pay money to actively where a cape that displayed racism.
+1 in the sense that I don’t think Loka should punish players for capes, unless in extreme cases like racism, threats, and dox. Capes have nothing to do with vanilla Minecraft and/or Loka and only certain people using certain mods can see custom capes like his. In the future, I don’t think that someone should be punished if their cape has something like mild cussing. It’s not Loka’s job to moderate assets they don’t own and have no hand in.
Ie. They should treat capes like they do town chat in the sense they don’t moderate them unless in certain cases, and that those cases be made clear in the rules, as they currently aren’t.

town chat is private in the sort of sense where you are only interacting with town members, who are in the case of most loka players your friends. a cape is a cosmetic that basically everyone around you can see (since 99% of players on loka will be on optifine or have a mod that allows them to see capes). i personally dont care what skin or cape someone has, but loka has always made it clear that they wont allow you to portray toxic ideas in chat or with your skins and capes etc
except you can't prove racism on a cape
