No Plans to Implement ban gwoe from ranked

-1. This is not even a real discussion, only players who shouldn't be able to play ranked are win traders. There are tricks of dealing with high ping players, sure it's annoying but it doesn't mean we should prehibit them from playing what they want to play

Hey man idk how its my fault my ping is bad, the routing for Australia is terrible i know 10+ of my friends with the same issue btw
 
+1 ban this ping spiker or give him exit lag (he said it will make him a soild 200 ms much better then right now)
