What you think is expected of position: To take feedback from the community at large, and from your own experiences, and to bring that to the table when discussing changes and future implementation of features/ideas on the server.
Why you think players should support you: Throughout many years on the server I’ve been in a lot of different roles, noobie getting acquainted(thanks Grubul and Opyc!) raider, raidee, leadership in both world cap alliances and losing/dead alliances, active guardian and a guardian as a victim of the curse.
Alot of the server’s player base exists in large alliances that swing population from continent to continent, in order to fight for world or continent capital. However, my recent experience being in this same environment, while being part of an effectively dead alliance, and attempting to grow a new town has opened my eyes to some of the challenges faced by smaller groups in this game of big dogs.
With that being said, while that has been my recent experience, that does not mean I am against taking the feedback of others from larger groups when they have concerns about balance, or the future implementation of new features to the server. I have a little under half of the server aligned as hostile, but I like to think that I am still amiable and friendly with everyone on the server, my DMs are open, and I have no qualms with arguing on behalf of others.
