Could also be that the people who DO have contact with batoe say he IS changed just because they're friends. If you take a look at Splinian's appeal there were a few of his friends that +1 his appeal and claimed he changed for the better but that was not the case. Just something to take into consideration.

Well, I'm not friends with Batoe and I know he was toxic, but for the times I've been in vc with him and some other people (his friends) he was a cool boy. If someone can prove otherwise that's fine, this is a neutral pov.
