Good evening, Loka team.I'm writing this text to see if it's possible to have my permanent ban removed, which happened over a year ago. What happened was that I was farming on one of the resource islands (Garama) when an admin froze me and asked for a (SS). At that moment, I couldn't provide the SS because my computer had lagged, and the screenshot couldn't be taken. It's been 2 years since my ban, and I feel very regretful. I'm a different person now, and I was wondering if you could give me a second chance
