11.1. Win trading in conquest is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, starting a battle with no intention or not attempting to win and asking others to place on you and not attempting to defend.

This is a very cut and dry rule.

Helping or getting someone to set up an inhib without them having the intention or attempt to win is against the rules. You broke that rule when you directed FlashCrusader (a coincidentally entirely inactive player before the incident) with detailed instructions on how, when, and where to place an inhib knowing it wouldn't be a real fight. Anything beyond this series of events is irrelevant to your appeal.

If similar fights have occurred in the past that went unpunished then either they weren't reported or there wasn't sufficient evidence to act. If we fail to catch win-trading it doesn't mean we allow win-trading, just like how if we fail to catch a hacker it doesn't mean we allow hacking. We also know there was at least some discussion within your group about whether or not your plans were within the rules but at no point did anyone involve us in that. If they had we would've told you that what you were planning was very much against the rules.

And to clarify, it's not against the rules to use Balak fights to block potential continent fights provided you don't break other rules (like win-trading).
