+1 these "in the moment rage hacking" situations usually are not planned or calculated, this player is ht3 and did not have to cheat as he was already very skilled and talented being in the top 1% of players, this was clearly a momentary lapse in judgment and should be treated with less severity than somebody who has been cheating for months and had ruined far more players experiences
