Last time I appealed: 10/1/24 or 1/10/24
Almost 3 years ago I was banned on Loka for town betrayal and racism. I will be going over both topics in detail so you are able to fully understand where I am coming from. I will first be going into the topic of my reason for town betrayal. I was in a town called Aurora owned by Coolkidsupa, and it was me and all my friends; we all co-owned this town and thought it would be a fun idea. As time went on, I got more lenient with stuff happening in the town, and I ended up doing things to my town members that I regret. Things that I did were break their helmets and disregarded their issues when needed. Doing these things overtime caught the attention of the owner of the town, and I tried arguing back with him, and I decided to move towns. While moving my things to a different town, I was sharing a room with one of my friends, and I took his stuff and my own. When he logged on, he realized that all of his stuff was gone and asked for it back; and I claimed they were my items too, which disregarded Loka’s rules and is cause for a ban. At the time, I did not realize severity of my actions.
The next topic I will be going into depth on is my ban on racism. As I knew I was going to get banned for town betrayal, I started lashing out at players and friends because I was so mad and aggravated at what happened. I mainly made jokes and made fun of two specific people, Jakeman5 and Coolkidsupa. I had made racist jokes, which previously got me muted on Loka, but as I was still able to play, I still had the audacity to go and harass them again because I was cocky. As time went on, my behaviour got worse, and I became a more toxic individual. I was then permanently banned on 05/04/22 or 04/05/22.
After I had been permanently banned, I still did not stop; I continued on being toxic and harmful as I was banned from the server, and now there were no consequences. After my first appeal, I was denied which lead to my more severe actions.
Since getting denied, I thought alting would be the next best way of playing the server, which now is a grave mistake that I made. The entire reason for me alting was simply just because I wanted to play the server. I did not understand the severity of it at the time. I was avoiding my punishment and was negatively affecting other players on the server that did nothing to deserve that. I should of waited out my time like everyone else and appealed when I rightfully should've. I had alted multiple times, and the last time I had alted was over a year ago. Even while alting, I still harassed lokans such as Raddus. I had made comments about his personal life and things that people should not get involved in. I have apologized to Raddus after I said those things, and I have been trying to prove that I truly care about my actions and that I really do mean I am sorry.
I had quit Minecraft and my computer in general to focus on real-life things. After 6 months of keeping to myself with my online profile, I have given it a lot of thought to come and make this appeal to truly show that I have changed and I am a new person. I have changed my life and my behaviour in positive ways; I am no longer the toxic little 14-year-old kid you once knew. I hope this shows the staff that I am a changed person.
