Little bit of math!
I was calculating just a bit of the area (not all of it just a rectangle of the majority of the area, I don't want to calculate the distance of each individual hexagon as that would kill my braincells. ANYWAYS! I have concluded that it is a 299 by 388 area. The TOTAL area of this rectangle that I've created is 116,012, which at y level 74 (which is the lowest value of GRASS in the tile) would have the volume of this defined area to be approximately 8,584,888). REMEMBER: This is just a rectangle I took out of the tile, and I'm not including the ragged hexagonal shapes on the OUTSIDE of it. Here is a picture

the total area is 160,278 blocks
total volume up to y 74 is 11,860,572 blocks
(counting the 1-block wide wall you would want to keep)
(also might be a little off, used loka world map coords to calculate)
