I don't know Broquu well but I want to chime in here to mention 16 is plenty old enough to become a Guardian. I became a Sentry at 12 and a Guardian at 15. Even so, age isn't a huge factor. If he's active, helpful, and has had some good experience as a sentry, that's what's most important.

It was about 7 years ago, but even then, the only admins were 20+. There has never been a set age for staff, just a general guideline, of which 16 has always been high enough. 15-17 year olds actually tend to make good sentries and guardians because they usually have a lot more free time to play and administrate than adults who work 40 hours a week.

I think Broquu would make an amazing Guardian,
he's very mature for his age when he wants to be . He has a lot of love for Loka and it's clear that the community loves him back just as much. I've seen him enforce the server rules many times and he really knows them well. He's someone you can always turn to when you need help.
Overall, Broquu is a bright and supportive guy. Loka would be fortunate to have him as a Guardian.

I see how people are having issues with his age however age would not mean much, what matters is their maturity level and how they present themselves in the community. From my experience Broquu is very mature and helps a lot and is a great sentry. I would love to see Broquu get promoted! +1
