Hey staff and Lokans, I am writing this appeal to dispute my ban on 22/02/26 I was banned for Hacking the day after the Asgard V Tournament where I was ssed for the first time by ChickPro after my fight with Phantic in the Semi-finals. This ss took approximately 30 minutes and after ChickPro was done he said I was free to go and that my pc was clean.
Despite my clean ss the day after I had logged onto loka and was running around in my town within 5 minutes of me logging on I was frozen again by ChickPro and told to give him my anydesk code. This ss was substantially shorter then the previous screenshare and ChickPro only ran Ocean which he had ran the day before too. After the scan the anydesk session ended and I went to ChickPro's dms on discord to see if he meant to close the session.
After seeing my ban message being for hacking instead of being for via fabric which he has told me is an unallowed mod despite the fact that ViaFabric is on the allowed modifications list that staff has linked to In the March Conquest Changes and Rules clarifications announcements.

ChickPro is also claiming to have evidence of me using a client called Drip that primarily 1.8 client which is popular within the Bedwars and Hypixel 1.8 community to cheat on Loka.
Some Lokans suggested to me asking ChickPro for the 'Evidence' he has of me using a client that he is using to justify my ban.
This was his response
After I had realised this I consulted with the Red Lotus Screensharing community as many other Lokans suggested going to them to see if they could help me appeal/dispute my ban.

One of the Red Lotus Owners, Skied suggested I should ask for evidence from ChickPro and after showing him the response above this was his response.
Me, Skied and others believe that ChickPro's 'evidence' doesn't exist for two reasons:
1: His inability to share the evidence he has used to justify my ban.
2: His 2nd screenshare only lasting 2-3 minutes and the running of one ocean scan which resulted in my ban where it would be questionable that he found evidence of me using 'Drip' during the extremely short 2nd screenshare and not in the significantly longer first screenshare where he let me go as my pc was clean.
3: Him looking over the fact I was on 1.21.4 before even though during the 1st screenshare even though it was very obvious I was on the version and the fact this only became an issue in my 2nd screenshare which resulted in my ban.
Proof of versions showing in both inventory and during esc.
Extra proof of it being obvious I was on 1.21.4 from the first screenshare

This is why I believe this ban is false. I hope I have gotten my side of the story across.
