This is worded in a deceiving way, when in reality, drip lite is used by many 1.21 cheaters. Also you're just a known cheaterChickPro is also claiming to have evidence of me using a client called Drip that primarily 1.8 client which is popular within the Bedwars and Hypixel 1.8 community to cheat on Loka.
Am I wrong though? It is primarily a 1.8 client that is a fact. Me saying that doesn’t mean that it couldn’t be used for 1.21 I haven’t mentioned once in my appeal that it couldn’t be used for 1.21.This is worded in a deceiving way, when in reality, drip lite is used by many 1.21 cheaters. Staff never "shares" evidence. If a banned player is unable to effectively appeal without being told exactly what they did wrong, it speaks to the sincerity of their appeal.1: His inability to share the evidence he has used to justify my ban.
Questionable? You have no clue what was found in either screenshare. What does the length of the screenshare have to do with anything?2: His 2nd screenshare only lasting 2-3 minutes and the running of one ocean scan which resulted in my ban where it would be questionable that he found evidence of me using 'Drip' during the extremely short 2nd screenshare and not in the significantly longer first screenshare where he let me go as my pc was clean.

Completely ignored his entire appeal - whether or not you choose to play on a lower version is allowed if you take a look at the allowed mods + ticket ss that I provided. Unless ChickPro directly caught something in screenshare (isn’t likely if he was let off the hook initially) then he should be unbannedHe uses ViaFabric because drip lite hasnt released 1.21.11 support yet![]()
I think you also ignored the point of his appeal aswell, Skuhoo (quite literally the main sser of loka and current elder) is (or atleast was for a long amount of time) a member of the Red Lotus Screensharing Organization, being a member means they the ability to acess tools specialized and created specifically to catch cheaters with hacks in instance. Skuhoo used those exact tools, on atleast some of the playerbase (unless he stopped) - since Skuhoo actively uses(ed) those tools.Staff never "shares" evidence. Who tf is "skied" and who gives a shit what he has to say. They have absolutely no context for the situation or for how staff conduct screen shares.

Regardless on whether he not defamed the validity of Drip Lite in his appeal, does not matter because if so, they would’ve caught him using it on the day of the tournament, But as explained in his appeal, that DID NOT happen (seen by him literally not being banned until the day after when he got ssed again for ViaFabric and questioned about it)-1 lying about drip

That’s where the creator and current owner of said tools (Skied) comes in, who is giving him verification (if Skuhoo is using his tools I’d argue he’s pretty credible) that if chickpro did find anything, then he would of been able to share it with Bread since he already found out what he did.
I also think your point on “staff never sharing evidence” is fair and usually cut and dry, however , ChickPro directly said “why are you on 1.21.4 - drip works on that” which for the record, is never done. Based off that, so I think it was is very fair to assume that is the justified reason for the ban.

Whether or not bread is an ex cheater does not matter towards this appeal because Loka Admins haven’t caught him in the instance of using it on their server. At the end of the day, If you’re going to leave your opinion please do so by actually reading the appeal entirely in a bipartisan standpoint under the context that is provided, by ChickPro and Bread and nothing beyond that, if you do it’s clear he should be freed.
I'm not questioning his credibility as a screensharer. I'm questioning his ability to speak to how Loka Staff handles their screenshares. Skuhoo being in that discord and his past screenshares do not qualify Skied to tell Bread "they wouldn't dodge sharing it". Skied is not privvy to the internal procedures that lead to, take place, and follow a screenshare on Loka. My point was that going to him to inquire about your LOKA ban is useless in getting you unbanned on loka. That’s where the creator and current owner of said tools (Skied) comes in, who is giving him verification (if Skuhoo is using his tools I’d argue he’s pretty credible) that if chickpro did find anything, then he would of been able to share it with Bread since he already found out what he did.
Are you arguing that since he mentioned the suspected cheat, that counts as sharing evidence? You are not informed enough to speak on the record about this. How do you know that Loka screensharer's have NEVER mentioned the suspected cheat to the suspect in the history of Loka screenshares? Even if they never did, there is literally no evidence being shared.ChickPro directly said “why are you on 1.21.4 - drip works on that” which for the record, is never done. What could have changed between the two screenshares that allowed bread to be banned on the second but not the first? Skied's ability to answer that question will define his credibility and hopefully ease your confusion.Regardless on whether he not defamed the validity of Drip Lite in his appeal, does not matter because if so, they would’ve caught him using it on the day of the tournament, But as explained in his appeal, that DID NOT happen (seen by him literally not being banned until the day after when he got ssed again for ViaFabric and questioned about it)
