BTB Ban Dispute

Having been falsely banned in the past by "ChickPro," I would like to clarify my experience. Not only was the ban itself unjust, but I also found that my requests for evidence or justification were completely disregarded. Despite repeatedly asking for any proof or explanation behind the ban, saying "if I tell you why u got banned, it will allow users to bypass, "ChickPro failed to provide any. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address my concerns made the situation even more frustrating and unfair.

+1, I can't say for sure or not if he was cheating but the appeal does seem genuine and he provides a lot of explanations and backs himself up. If the rest of Loka staff still conclude he was cheating then I'm in no place to argue but from what I see I'd be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now
 
-1 Although this is a solid appeal, I don’t feel it directly proves that you weren’t cheating. I feel like the appeal prioritized shifting the subtopic from "using cheats" to instead "using an unallowed mod which is allowed that I use for personal reasons"(ya ik very run on). But I also do find it strange that no evidence has been provided and instead just a statement from staff as it also seems unlikely that you would be randomly banned without some form of evidence, generally, I feel that ChickPro and the SS Team has some form of evidence which is ban worthy just being withheld from the public. Overall, I think this situation requires more detailed staff input privately as I do agree with the first part of what Barend said of how this feels more of a popularity contest than actually try to find a solution.
 
Hello everyone, Id like to make some statements about Breads ban and screensharing in general.

About Breads Ban -
Bread has been a really nice person and very kind to me personally in vc, he does not cheat and Im confident to say so, if staff havn’t found any hacks and just viafabric and have banned him for that, that is just a bullsh reason, if u havn’t found hacks it means he isn’t cheating.

About screensharing in general -
I recently got screenshared by ChickPro for “player reports” after killing him at cove for a bit, during the ss he was polite and had no issues. Although they wasted my time just cuz Ive been improving at the game is outrageous, letting cheaters in ranked just have their fun without refunding our elo which isnt that big of an issue but they dont ss em.
Maybe if a person passes a screenshare makin use of the brain to know they are legit and not banning them makes life a whole lot easier.

Free BTB hes innocent and maybe find the so called hacks and then keep the ban on. Not stating the reason for ban due to some evidence they somehow found sounds like they are just determined to get him banned for no reason .

Ok I think you misintreperated what I said, due to Red Lotus and Ocean both working closely with Loka in a multitude of ways, one of the more major ones quite literally being that the Loka SSers follow the guide that is entirely made up by Skied to conduct their sses and to learn more about screensharing. I think this implicates five things

1. I think based off the internal procedure being the same and them overlapping, I think he is able to conduct a valid response because he is literally the creator of the procredure that the SSers follow. Doing so, I think if skied quite literally said that he should be able to know what got him caught he should be able to.

Lots of mental gymnastics going on, which makes me question if this is bait. You are assuming that their guide handles the entire screensharing process for Loka Staff, which is wrong. Even if it did, THAT'S NOT THE POINT. Sharing evidence is a server policy regardless of which server it is on, skied telling bread that the evidence should be shared by loka's staff is an uninformed opinion. That is my only point about skied. I do not understand why it is a surprise that staff are not sharing the evidence prior to the appeal. It has always been like this, and a lot of you are old enough players to know that.

Why are you willingly just choosing to ignore Chickpro's confirmation of evidence beyond ViaFabric? Is it not possible that the second screenshare was more than just to confirm ViaFabric, given that there is additional conclusive evidence that has not been revealed? I mean, you're not wrong, it's a fair guess that ViaFabric was confirmed in the second screenshare, but you can not definitively say that's all they did in that second screenshare.

This appeal challenges the existence of any evidence beyond ViaFabric, despite staff stating that there is. Historically, this is a terrible defence that is almost always proven wrong when the appeal is officially responded to.

I have not ignored or misinterpreted anything. I refuse to stoop down to a level where I am required to disregard precedent, established rules and procedures, and logic to entertain some of the arguments made. I have nothing more to say other than wait for the verdict.

It really wasnt my intention to blame or single out autistic players im sorry if it came across that way I was trying to provide some context for certain negative antisocial behavior that players in this community sometimes show using the studys that I linked my girlfriend is autistic I love her very much sometimes very simple things that are normal to you and me like getting a haircut going to a place with a lot of people or having sex are impossible for her no matter how hard I try and it can be frustrating so I have a little experience with these behaviors but I trust your judgment and trust that you will do the right thing
 
number 1 macbook cheater here, unban bread he beat me legit and is the best legit silva player. genuinly a kind soul never had a bad interaction with him and please ban the six cheaters (glory posted a montage of himself triggerbotting and no ban, lock in skuhoo and co) theres much bigger fish to fry than bread (hes so nice). also didnt rlly want to bring it up because i think chickpro is a nice bird but he let me get away with blatantly esping to a blocked off room of shulkers in a town when it fell by him just saying if you are a cheating please stop it, he is a wonderful person but im not sure how much credibility he should get as a screensharer (sorry chickpro ur still a good dude no hate)
