Bvjn ban appeal

We're perfectly happy to have people who live together play together. That said, in the case where "my little brother got on my account and was hacking, it wasn't me", your account gets banned regardless of who's on it. It's not much of an extension (and is how we already basically do things) to extend the account ban to a family-ban (in cases of permaban). In this specific case, Brother 1 got banned, Brother 2 showed up coincidentally right after the ban wanting to suddenly play Loka, got subownership of the same town, subsequently changed OF cape to the exact same as dna's. These are just a few examples of suspect proof.

The question is, is it okay for a banned player to be able to play on Loka just by hopping on another computer in the house? It is indeed arguably unfair for "the family" to be banned, but the alternative is basically no bueno in our minds. If you want to ensure your house/family/whatever to all play, don't get banned.
also just to add on to what I said, the reason why he was subowner in the town Silva is because I told the owner of the town to because in my opinion I think it is easier to learn things related to loka or only they have to offer.

your arguement is perfectly sound and reasonable, i am confused as to why the thread isnt being locked
It's better everyone says their piece here than open up a second thread. We like to think our bans are fair and leave room for people to say and explain why they may disagree.

It really is unfortunate but there's really no good way for us to ensure its not his brother playing afaik.

Completely right, nothing else to say. Transfered cape, same ping, joined Silva as well, had dna's items, already decent in conquest...

i was given the cape, we live in the same house so ofc we will have the same ping xd, my brother told his friends to recruit me, i was taught pvp even before playing and went to neutrals helping me learn to take charges and lamps

I feel like I need to chime in here because I was the one you spoke to in trying to get unbanned. You did get in a discord call at the same time as bvjn, to prove that your brother wasn't you. That discord account was even created in 2018. I believe you may even have a brother that uses it day to day. But there have too many errors and coincidences here for someone else to be playing/typing on bvjn other than the individual that was banned as dnalawl/alexgamer92.

In my dms when I was contacted by "bvjn" they claimed that they use a completely different PC than dnalawl.

And yet, when speaking on the forums(presumably from both accounts) you messed up and posted a response from the perspective of bvjn but from the account dnalol.

And then you immediately deleted it, probably knowing exactly how everyone would see that you were lying to me and the entire community here.

neither of us have cameras but i am fine with "micing up" with the staff team
use cellphone, and its almost impossible to dont have camera with a "new laptop" :V, most of laptops have cameras

if you mic up you can prob use a voice modulator to show you are his "brother" xd

he told you that this account was bought by his parents but on public chat yesterday or 2 days ago he was saying it was gifted by his brother. another nice 1

I would also want to add that even if there are 2 brothers here, this doesnt remove the possibility of him being able to play on your account. You should still be banned. I also think that a brother would accept to call with someone who he doesnt know for nothing but his brother s benefit. He could just get you to talk for once then play on your laptop and you can play on his pc. Fair trade imo. No matter what you should stay banned as long as there is some1 else who s banned living with you.
