I may be biased here but hear me out -

Cappur has been a player on loka for THREE years, all the while representing all the good loka has to offer. I have consistently seen him be helpful and welcoming to a wide range of people. He is a non-toxic pvper (rare, i know) and after him contributing to this community these past few years i think he deserves to be able to say welcome in the intro course.

Cappur is very very great, like so good. Super nice guy, I got absolutely no complaints when it comes to this guy, he the best. He has been making the Loka community look good since 1982.
