Dear Lokans,
I write this appeal today in hopes of getting forgiven for my previous behavior and given a second chance. I have been muted for 22 months (June 2024). I have divided this appeal into 3 sections. Firstly I will go into why I was muted, then why I was warned and the steps since my mute that I have taken to work on myself.
My Mute -
My mute was issued a few days after my warning for defaming kxyzv in public chat by linking a lore titled "kxyzv is fat". I initially intended this as a joke while I was in call with him and a few other players. However, I realise now even if the comment wasnt originally meant to be harmful it can still have detrimental affects as all actions have consequences. Since then I have realised I should never make these obesity kind of jokes or any jokes relating to a persons real life situation with or without knowing the truth as it can really affect other players mentally.
My Warning -
I was warned by the Loka admin staff team for a comment I made towards Facilee. This comment was very personal and had nothing do with Loka. It was an attempt by me to make fun of him relating to his grandma during a intense month which I do not want to go into detail. Having typed something that severe in my minecraft chat, I let my emotions and the intense moment get the better of me and I pressed enter. If it wasnt bad enough already I later tried to defend my comment saying it was not that bad and didnt apologise to Fac for a long time.
Since my mute I have not only been trying to constantly have a positive impact on the Loka community but in all areas of my life. I also took a few months of break from the server after my mute as I thought it was important to take a step away and reflect. I dont think theres a single moment of me being extensively toxic in the last 2 years. I have been nothing but kind to new players helping them out and trying my best to help others with everything. I have also amended my relationship with Kxyzv and Facilee (apologized to and forgiven by both players in dms). I would also like to apologise to monkeynick, h4pnotic & other members of the Southern Raiders alliance for my past behavior. I promise this was a one time thing. And going forwards I have & will be kind & respectful to all players.
