Change the webbed bola particles to which everyone can see on the setting "minimal particles". OR make it say in chat what person you hit.

Maybe it should send a projectile like an arrow at the person surrounded by particles so either way you can see it?

You could also use my clear particle pack overlay so that all other particles aren't shown and you just see the webbed bola particles.
Make sure to extract the zip file
