Name: CompleteConfig and Cloth Config API

Description: Config mods required by other mods.
Reason: Ugly Scoreboard Fix (which is on the list of allowed mods) requires CompleteConfig to work and requires Cloth Config API to be configured using Mod Menu. I assume these mods are already allowed for that reason but it is not stated in the list of allowed mods for some reason.
