I am only posting this for Confens, because he's banned and can't make an account and something is bugged where staff can't make one for him. - TFL

Username: Confens
Length of Ban: 1 month
Reason for Ban: Assisting a banned player/failure to report a ban evading player.

Hello Loka Community. As you may know I got a temp banned for a month for assisting a player that got banned.

I would like to say that I did not know that it was him. I suspected it was him, but I did not know for sure.

I'm asking to get unbanned because I believe I did nothing wrong. I understand that I should have reported him, but I didn't want to because I didn't know if it was him for sure(just to make clear I did not give him anything).
 
+1 confens is not the type of player to aid with an alt and tends to stay uninvolved from rule breaking and suspicious player activity. all he does is pvp and play for his town, if staff want to punish for the loayal alt they should look to more likely suspects who are involved with loayal and who geared him.
 
+1 Confens is ussualy very nice and I don't think he would intentionally do this
There's no real way to prove he did it intentionally or unintentionally though
 
Many people were temp banned or warned, I believe confens did not know it was him. One of my friends who was warned also did not know it was him until he was warned. I think his ban should be shortened to a week or just unbanned fully +2

+1 IMO there needs to be discord evidence of you helping someone ban evade and i think this sets a bad precedent (if someone is alting and i dont know there alting i add them to the town and gear them im done) This could happen to everyone so it should be kept to people who know for a fact there alting Free confen....
(Or they need to help the banned player 3-4 times in a short period of time if this was his first offense he should be unbanned)
 
loka staff kinda rarely hand out bans without good proof, so ima stay neutral. +1 if he's being 100% honest tho ig.
 
You interacted with the player Leo071206 (alt of loayal) in-game and at the same time were exchanging messages with loayal over discord. One of the in-game interactions was Leo071206 included him messaging you 'hey check ur discord'. As far as we are concerned there is little doubt you knew it was him playing on that account and you failed to report it.

wait Isnt confens supposed to get warned before he got banned like sparky said, 'This is a formal warning about not reporting ban evading players. We're aware that you knew about Loayal using various alts to circumvent their ban. Typically we ban players that assist banned players/fail to report banned players that are alting. In this instance we're just giving you a warning and if it happens again in the future you will receive a minimum of a one month ban. This extends to not reporting bugs or withholding information from staff.' so he was supposed to get warned before he got banned like everyone else?
