Can everyone begin reviewing this document? I want to do some sort of blind discussion on the enchantments later on as I think there is some super good stuff here.I say blind discussion because I feel at this point the different groups on Loka are simply to against each other to agree on anything face to face. We will all feel naturally inclined to argue with opposing groups for no good reason making anonymity incredibly important to get anything done in this thread.
