In short, Constantine10 has been a really solid member of the community for the past little while. He's been on my Slicer radar for about a month or so, and I believe that he's quite a solid candidate. He's gone from a newer player without much knowledge of the server, to someone who's not only nice to be around, but also someone who is helpful to the community. +1 I have seen first-hand Constantine being very helpful to newer players. He is always asking questions in order to further his own knowledge of the server in order to help other people. Putting a -1 because he's in Donzula was tempting, but the good outweighs the bad here.
