At this point in the game I do believe it is time. Magpieman has been the only old one long enough and with all these new Elders there's no telling what will happen if Cryptite and Magpieman do not assert their dominance on the hierarchy. Cryptite could finally close his public DMs for the last time and begin working on another level as Old One.
