yeah no, right after ppl found out dae was banned, in lemonade alliance chat prodxgy was saying he doesnt know what happened and he didnt even report dae. So unless dae threatened prodigy the very moment he got banned through some magic, what you said is impossible.

I think this appeal should get an answer before the normal time (about 2 weeks) I think dae should be unbanned asap

I think that any -1’s saying any variation of the following are misguided:

-1 GG this kid can’t wait 2 weeks for an unban
-1, had it coming + toxic player
-1 get off of forums go outside and touch grass
-1 no-life loser who sweats ranked only to be worse than tracklol
-1 why did u bother appealing a 2 week ban?? imo u got off easy and this is pushing it
-1 pls log off and stop crying weirdo
-1, clearly an incident of town betrayal, and admins can intervene in town betrayal incidents

We should be looking at this situation from the perspective of, “What precedent should we be setting about a Town Owner’s consent being necessary for admin intervention?”

In my view, the standard that has been repeatedly and consistently applied for the past 2 years of my time on Loka has been that the full owner of the town has the final say in whether or not they desire for admin intervention. If this precedent is not convincing enough, then I’m not entirely sure what would suffice as proof that Dae’s ban was unjust.

I think we should also be calling into question if Skuhoo is still Guardian material. This isn’t the first time he’s failed at following simple procedure, not even the second. It seems whenever there is a high profile ban that ends up being a mistake Skuhoo’s involved; let’s not forget the SleepyMario fiasco he caused. How many times is one allowed to mess something up?

I will have to say that i dont agree with this, Skuhoo for me is even Elder material, and he is by far one of the greatest guardians ever and a essential piece of the server.
