• Allow us to fortune or silk the daily dock block, it's kinda garbage or add it into the Balak buff or like a mini policy for Rivinia.

Rich get richer this way. New players should be able to get as much out of these as veteran players since they're 100% protected.

We will likely revisit daily dock blocks when we tackle the new player experience soon. It's important to note though that they're mainly targeted at newer players, hence why we would rather increase the number of them rather than allowing fortune to work on them.
