He's a really funny guy, and once you become friends with him, he's always kind to you. I don't know what he did to whom, but I hope he gets unbanned soon. +1

Yeah, every time a case like this happens they should just completely disregard the victim and namedrop them along with all the evidence so the harasser's friends can harass the victim even further, W take!
It is a W take twin, to put it better, when daqniel decided to dispute the ban, he basically entered court, where 2 sides and the evidence shouldnt be anonymous, because what is the point of a "Dispute" then, if he cant dispute anything? The victim should also take accountability for him banning daqniel and his evidence for it. I think in a ban dispute, it is the case. But the name can not get revealed, if the evidence doesnt give out hints tbh.
And harassing anyone further wouldnt make sense, daqniel wouldnt get unbanned, and it could get his friends banned too..
Im personally probably the closest loka friend to daqniel, Ive never harassed anyone and I wouldnt think about doing it, even if the name gets dropped. The point is to just dispute the ban and make it fair, and it wont work otherwise. (i think this should be considered by the loka staff in the future and adjustments should be made.

There’s this funny thing called “blocking”, but who knows maybe if there is a victim that feature didn’t work!
Or better yet, just have your messages setting to be that only people your friends with can message you

Except loka doesnt work like a court system and the admins are the only ones that decide his ban, besides Loka admins have been dealing with cases like this for a long time i doubt they would be fooled by faked evidence or ban him based on some shady screenshots

actual sub 50Iq take, by that logic Loka shouldnt have Hate Speech, Harrassement, Discrimination, Racism bans since the victim can just /ignore or block the harasser

Playing the race card is absolutely wild, I'm Lebanese myself and me and daqniel have never had any beef due to our race or religion, while taking into account our countries history of wars together. When bombs were falling on us for the past week we would just laugh it off and call on insta to make sure either of us were safe, we even have plans to meet irl and party in tel aviv when peace is achieved. So don't go around saying he hates you cause you're Palestinian, its cause you're a dumbass.

Hate speech, discrimination and racism are often said out of the blue by idiots while harassment is something that happens over time.
In other words, since harassment is something that is repetitive, it can be stopped by doing /ignore or if its off the platform, like discord, changing your settings, then you can inform the loka staff of this toxicity and the person will likely be perma-muted
