Playing the race card is absolutely wild, I'm Lebanese myself and me and daqniel have never had any beef due to our race or religion, while taking into account our countries history of wars together. Except loka doesnt work like a court system and the admins are the only ones that decide his ban, besides Loka admins have been dealing with cases like this for a long time i doubt they would be fooled by faked evidence or ban him based on some shady screenshots

Yeah, you are right about how authority works on LokaMc. It is not like a court system, and which is exactly why it is not fair, but makes the work for staff easier and doesnt make them work through individual cases. They can do it however they want, but it doesnt mean that the system is good or fair. The system is a formality, rather than actual ban "dispute". To begin with, if he is disputing his ban, he should get ATLEAST timeframe and general context provided. Its just cant be more obvious.

and by accountability I didntt mean the victim did anything wrong, I mean that staff should stand behind their decision which is BASED on victim's evidence(and should be confident in it enough to present it in some way or another, or be accountable for it if it was faked) and after all giving enough context for it to be challenged.
