You are absolutely right, that report should also be anonymous by LokaMCs own standards, because it is sensitive information. It only revealed hypocrisy, and NOT from the side of daqniel. (AND daqniel never agreed to it being leaked
and it was absolutely justifiable report)If so, the evidence and report for banning daqniel should also be released? Even if partly, without leaking the persona behind it.

I am not here to comment on daqniels ban, as I have very little context regarding the particular reasons why daqniel may have been banned.
I would just like to point out that this person, Herm, is complaining about "bringing up politics" which I find interesting since his forums profile picture is a propaganda poster featuring the emblem of the Phalangists / Kataeb party (his profile picture on the left, information on it on the right):
During the Lebanese civil war, the Phalangists butchered tens of thousands of innocent people, with a particular focus on Palestinian refugees and Lebanese shiites. Heres a short list of some massacres perpetrated by the Phalangists:
- Karantina Massacre on the 18th of January 1976, the Phalangists butchered around 1500 people, mostly Palestinians and Kurds

This is not a complete list. In fact, the heinous nature of the acts is not even the point. I just do not think a person displaying this imagery on a Minecraft forum should be taken seriously when he tries to dictate where and when politics is appropriate since he is clearly incapable of discerning that for himself.
