I'm not putting any of my own views forward just want to explain why terms are as they are currently.
Some terms are less active (not as much drama/issues with server) than others and we want to ensure people get a good amount of time with the Elders. Also during busy periods for Elders, there may be larger gaps between LCR Vc meetings.
It also takes us a fair amount of time to run the votes, calculate them, write up the posts and get new LCRs up to speed.

-1 I mean I feel like its pretty short as it is considering there is only like 4 meetings in a term. First point is garbage and third point is something that will be addressed in next LCR vote.

Increase LCR Term length, a full decade, If they can't handle a decade of representing us, should they even be representing us? /j
