I don't enjoy this excuse, like I'm not going to criticise or pick on some for not speaking great english, but it takes away all the sincerity and supposed genuinity in appeals, Using a translator or tranductor makes a lot more sense in these cases.

From back to back perm mutes to a recent perm ban to only messaging an apology to someone in the last month just in preparation of your appeal and showing no previous remorse or slight indication to do so in the months previous where you held mutes and eventually over the time of your perm ban says a lot in my opinion.
This whole recent trend of quickly grabbing an apology from your alleged victims/players and slapping it on the forum or having them +1 has grown old so fast.
Anyways, too short of a time for someone like this with as many offences to return in my opinion.
