(This wasnt made by me he is banned on forums so im posting it for him)

Hey it has been 4 months since my last appeal making it a whole year since my ban. I am writing this appeal to get unbanned on lokamc, reason for my ban is town betrayal and alting and then ban evasion. I feel it has been long enough since my ban that i can be trusted to not alt or steal things from my town again because i have suffered the consequences which have made me learn to follow the rules on minecraft servers and it is easy to check if i do alt or steal things basically what i said in the last appeal. For the whole being toxic part i feel that taking a break from mc for a few months has made me learn to treat the other players with respect and kindness which is why i feel i should be let back into the loka community because i am nice to people now and i follow the rules. I see a lot of videos and my friends always screen sharing loka and seeing how many people there are in the fights which is really the main reason i want to get unbanned because i want to make those memories and have those experiences and i hope to be able to upload my own videos on loka but it is impossible for me which makes me really sad to be honest so with all this being said i REALLY hope you consider lifting my ban and allowing me to play with all my friends on loka. thank you - dinasoursgoquack
 
-1 found him on random ffa servers and he was just toxic for no reason, still toxic after months of being banned, and just overall toxic after i have literally never talked to him ever
 
In SteelPvp (an hcf server) he told me all kinds of insults, he messed with my family, I have no captures because I did not know that he played loka -1
 
If its been a year since his ban since then he should be unbanned. But idk ima stay neutral cuz idk when he decided to ban evade. Ban evading is a pretty serious offense so yeah

Anyway, he is still a toxic and unpleasant person to talk to, you ask the guy something and he insults you back because you killed him

Well we don't know how long ago he took that "break" and "learned to treat the other players with respect and kindness" and we also dont how long ago he was "toxic" towards these players. For example he could've been toxic to those players BEFORE he took that break and learnt to treat players with kindness. We don't know the exact dates on when those incidents occurred so you cant jump to conclusions like that. Not defending dinasoursgoquak idk him but just adding some perspective to this situation.

He was banned for town betrayal alting as a new player imo he did his time being toxic on other servers is not bannable… if your scared he’s gonna be toxic perma mute him!

The same old argument doesn't change. Permamutes aren't for players who harass players or are just generally toxic, that's when we would just remove them from the community.

Why would we want players back in our community who've proven they don't care about how their behaviour impacts others?

I don't have a stance on this appeal currently, but I feel it pretty important to point out that your conduct on other servers totally matters as there is nothing better to judge a person off than their own actions.

true. maybe it would be better to see screenshots by the people he was toxic toward to see how toxic he was and what he said in general also what i said above might apply but idk
 
-1 was extremely toxic to me on a pot pvp server not too long ago I doubt he has changed and I don't think this is someone that should be in the loka community.
